As crew managers we undertake the full scope of management operations required by our ship-owner clients, ensuring that each vessel we are responsible for is manned with qualified and well-trained officers and ratings.

We perform all crew-related functions including recruitment and selection, , long-term and pool arrangements, travel arrangements, etc.

The vast database of seafarers and our regular contacts with them has helped us identify candidates who are keen to settle in to shore job. Given their marine experience, they would fit hand in glove to the requirements of the shore based maritime industry. Our existing staffs have undertaken Port captaincy and we also provide workforce to carry out various port captaincy jobs and attend vessels at ports in India.
